Umut Filinta Alaca aka “Filin Brake” was born in 1977 in Southern Germany with rhythm in his blood. At the end of the eighties he discovered this rhythm in the Black-Funk. His addiction to this music finally led him, in 1995, to persue a career in music production and DJing. Gradually Filin found his own groove, his own style in the house music sound.

In 1998, Filin established a party series called “Friends Private” where he performed as a DJ and gave the party his personal musical touch. These parties are amongst the most successful events in Stuttgart, Germany.

In 2002, Filin Brake founded his own label “Hausbrigade” that began as an event management company and devloped into a record label.

As a DJ Filin's sets are of the highest standard. The audience's become fascinated for hours. Filin presents his excellent sound in some of the most popular clubs in Germany. It is also a high light for Filin to rock the clubs together with his musician colleague “Elmax the Sax”,who plays saxophone since nearly 20 years! Due to his excellent sets and extra ordinary charm, Filin has claimed sets all over Germany.

Filin Brake is currently becoming more focused on his label “Hausbrigade Recordings”. With the intention to succeed world wide with his own productions and remixes. His productions are a blend of jazzy, deep, funky & Afro-house characteristics.

The first release, “temporada de verano” gained a  of recognition from other countries in Europa, USA & Asia. The second production colld, Cadea feat. MC Crazydaddy “can’t wait for summer” was released in 2006.
